Using a transformational approach to Bible study, students will relate the biblical message to their lives and to the world. (Michael Vowell)
4243 Christian View of Art
Through a survey of historical, biblical, philosophical, and practical understandings of aesthetics and art, students will organize the various forms of art so that they can "visually interpret" modern media. (Ryan Holmes)
8:15–9:15 p.m.
4000 Christian Spiritual Life
Analyzing the scriptural foundations for the Christian's spiritual life, the student will identify the biblical principles that govern Christian character and service and the disciplines that guide the believer to spiritual maturity in Christ. (Nathan Hoff)
4215 Teaching Process
After examining some basic teaching principles, e.g. student needs, learning levels, teaching objectives, lesson planning, and pedagogy, students will present a short, age-appropriate Bible lesson. (Rose Henness)

2052 History of Doctrine: The Eucharist
Through a biblical and historical study of the Lord's Supper and through a comparison of the various views regarding the presence of Christ, the student will discover the importance of this Ordinance and Sacrament to Christian worship. (Michael Freitag)
3010 New Testament Canon
Through a survey of textual transmission, an evalaution of the current text's reliability, and a historical review of the Church's selection process, student's will defend the New Testament against modern attacks to disprove its canonicity and value as the Christian's source of truth. (Alicia Marsh-Evans)
3015 Angelology
Through a study of key biblical passages and historical doctrines in the Church regarding unfallen and fallen angels, the student will evaluate the contemporary expressions of the spiritual realm. (Jonathan Seabourn & Michael Vincent)

0258 Epistle to the Hebrews
Paying attention to its purpose, its theology, and its application to the contemporary believer, the student will study the contribution made to Christian living by the Epistle to the Hebrews. (Brandon Wallace)
4110 Cults
Comparing and contrasting the histories and theologies of Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Seventh-Day Adventists with the historic, orthodox Christian faith, students will identify and define the features of a Christian cult. (Ben Williamson)
4225 Designing Biblical Instruction
Through a study of the book of Ephesians, students will explore how to enrich their personal Bible study by transforming what they learn into dynamic small group studies for a variety of audiences. (Catherine Lawrence)

4101 The Cross and the Crescent
During this one-day seminar, the student will examine the historical factors and the prevalent forces that have shaped today's American Christianity and Islam, and the conflicts between Muslims and Christians.
