Welcome to DTS Event Services
Facilities & Plant Operations offers event services management to assist facility users with planning successful events and to ensure that the events held on campus will support the mission of Dallas Theological Seminary. Event Services is in charge of all room reservations on campus outside of the class schedule. Non-academic events in need of scheduled room space include brown bags, luncheons, and other student events. In addition, Event Services offers numerous options for in-house and out-sourced catering.
Requesting a Reservation
DTS Group
DTS-groups (faculty, staff and approved student organizations) may request use of available space free-of-charge by completing an Event Services Request Form.

Non-DTS Group
All non-DTS groups may request use of available space and will be charged a Facility Use and Event fee as defined in the non-DTS group procedures. Non-DTS groups are defined as “organizations or groups which exist financially-independent of Dallas Theological Seminary” or as defined by the DTS Executive Committee. Participation of DTS students, alumni, faculty, or staff within a non-DTS group does not qualify that organization as a DTS group.

Catering Services
Event Services and Mitchell Dining Commons offer a delicious catering menu to serve up to 100 meals per day during business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) There is an approved list of out-sourced caterers available for events outside these parameters. Event Services staff are available for consultation during the event planning process.
